When I think comfort food, one of the first things that comes to mind is biscuits. Well, biscuits and gravy if we’re being honest. BUT a biscuit dish is only as good as the biscuit itself. The real beauty of biscuits is how versatile they are. The basic biscuit is delicious, but add some cheddar to it and you have a totally different biscuit.

These biscuits are not only soft, fluffy, buttery and delicious… they are damn easy to make.

  • 1 stick frozen butter

  • 2 cups AP flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar

  • 3/4 cup of milk
