Gameday is a tradition like no other. Whether it’s a Birds game, a Phillies game, a high school football game… it doesn’t matter the occasion because the vibe is the same. Good food, good friends and watching sports together.

The only issue with gameday is when the food sucks. Bad food at a watch party should be punishable with jail time. Even the best game ever can be ruined by bad snacks.

Well, have no fear, because these Buffalo chicken sliders will impress everyone you know. And you won’t have to spend hours in the kitchen making them because we’re using a few hacks to speed up the process.

Buffalo Chicken always hits. Always. The perfect balance of creamy and spicy gives you that little kick without kicking your ass. You put that on a sweet Hawaiian roll with some melted cheese? Touchdown, baby.

The best part about making these sliders is the simplicity. I am on a mission to teach you all that simple is better 99.99999% of the time. We don’t need a million ingredients to make a good bite of food. In fact, learning HOW to use your ingredients is so much more valuable than buying all these fancy-schmancy ingredients and just throwing them together.

Thanks to these quick hacks, flavors and the visual appeal of these sliders, you will never make something else on gameday again.
