Bread doesn’t have to be scary. In fact, it is much more doable than you think. My first-ever video was a 4-ingredient bread and it showed so many of you that you are capable of baking.
This is even easier than that. This quick loaf is light, fluffy, delicious and so simple to make. My goal is to always push boundaries and figure out ways to simplify things in an effort to save you money. And this bread is as affordable as it is tasty.
We need to get back to a time where making your own shit is the norm. We have all fallen victim to convenience. It’s convenient to buy bread. It’s convenient to order food on an app. But corporations took advantage of that. They justify higher prices because of a convenience charge.
The biggest pushback I get when I bring up new bread recipes is, “Well, bread is cheap.” Relatively speaking? It’s not. We shouldn’t be paying $5-$10 for a loaf of bread. And when you make concessions for $5, then you will make concessions for $10. It's a slippery slope.
So I implore you, do it yourself. It doesn't just save money. It tastes better too.
